Daphne and I went for a walk after attending a block party celebrating
the demolition of the Fell/Laguna off-ramp. We took some leftover balloons
and asked a few folks if they'd like to suck some helium for peace.
(another tactic: "these ballons are your tax dollars at work! suck it up!")
many people asked if the balloons had nitrous in them.
no, no, we reassured them. just helium.
"but I'd rather have nitrous!"
sadly, we encountered few women who were interested in even speaking to us,
so we'd like to specially thank Kelly for being so swell.
we'd also like to thank Donovan for being so enthusiastic and photogenic.
